ZURICH The next WTCC event (the Race of Japan that opens the Asian tour which could be decisive for the Driver title) may still be five weeks away but there is no free time for the Chevrolet drivers! Yvan Muller, Rob Huff and Alain Menu are not only exceptional drivers (and great guys!), they are also three perfect ambassadors for the Chevrolet brand whenever their busy race schedules allow.

Yesterday Rob Huff and Alain Menu were at the Chevrolet stand at the Frankfurt Motor Show, one of the biggest industry events of the year, where they met media and guests and posed for countless pictures next to the Cruze WTCC. They did not shy away when they were called on stage by Wayne Brannon, as the President and Managing Director of Chevrolet Europe proudly called them to share the applauses when he referred during his speech to the 2011 WTCC Manufacturers title secured a few days ago in Valencia.

In the meantime, Yvan Muller has been busy … acting, as he took the leading role in a promotional video for the launch of the new generation of the Camaro, the iconic sportscar of Chevrolet. The Frenchman endured the constraints of a complex shoot with the patience of a Hollywood actor and with great pleasure, as drifted endlessly for a couple of days at the Navarra circuit in Spain. Following this experience, Yvan has been chosen to train in drifting the entire French dealer network ahead of the Camaro’s launch.
