New for 2010

• New exterior colors: Taupe Grey Metallic and Sheer Silver Metallic replace Graystone Metallic, Silver Birch Metallic and Deep Ruby Metallic
• E85 capability and cam phasing on all 5.3L engines. E85 comprises 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent gasoline, reduces greenhouse gas and smog-forming emissions, is domestically produced and helps reduce dependence on petroleum
• USB connection in center console, enabling stored audio files to play through the audio system and battery charging for some handheld devices
• Interior Plus Package with Bluetooth capability; tri-zone climate control; front bucket seats with premium cloth; rear audio system controls and Universal Home Remote
• Exterior Plus Package with front fog lamps and luggage rack cross bars
• 1LT package now includes tri-zone climate control; Bose premium nine-speaker system; power-adjustable pedals; remote vehicle start; ultrasonic rear parking assist; heavy-duty rear locking differential

Chevrolet Tahoe offers great spaciousness and towing capability, with the segment’s best fuel economy. That includes EPA-rated 15 city and 21 highway mileage in the Tahoe XFE model that was introduced during the ’09 model year.

For 2010, new features include a pair of exterior colors; variable valve timing and E85 capability on the 5.3L engine; USB ports on the range of radios and a change to a single-speed transfer case on 4WD models (a two-speed transfer case is optional). Revisions to exterior and interior packages are also implemented for 2010.
